Volkswagen's rostered mobile studio, Applidium, developed Volkswagen, Seat, Volkswagen Utilitaire and Skoda. C4M was contacted to produce the Android versions.

The "Volkswagen Service" apps consolidate useful driver resources, like finding a garage (on a map and in augmented reality), help with the various lamps and LEDs on the car or creation of a profile for your car in order to benefit from more efficient assistance in case of problems. It's the Swiss Army Knife app for VW owners.

The Volkswagen tool was the first C4M ported to Android. This was done in the knowledge that a maximum of the codebase needed to be available for the other iterations. Dev was completed within a month.

Thanks to the optimised code, each of the following versions (Seat, Volkswagen Service and Skoda) were delivered rapidly (5 days per version) despite inter-app variances (differing RSS feeds, redirection to a mobile site, connection to clun Seat).
