On re-vamping their offering and adapting their service to cover the new consumer demands, iDTGV recruited FaberNovel and C4M to work on an all new mobile app.

Drawing on expertise gained through their Digitick collaboration, the main goal was the in-app train ticketing. The chief aim was to facilitate the user's travel experience; deliver tickets digitally direct-to-phone, simply and ecologically, plus provide a full service reservation solution .

The full iDTGV web experience is now available in the palm of your hand. Plus suite of goodies completes the offering: Destination specific offers and guides... There's even a funky chat function -  chew the fat with people in your carriage who also have the app.
